History:
Activated in the year 2200, he was assigned to Agent Kiki Larolen, a new addition to the agency who recently passed her training. On their 3rd mission in a foreign jungle, his original set mode was freed when Kiki dropped him and broke him. After recovering, he and the agent got along well, Kiki happy that he was not longer some emotionless machine with no soul or personality. Delta has memories of his past life as he was the first human turned AI in the program, and he wishes he never had done what he did during that time. He cares most about Kiki and promised to himself that he work to fix what his inventions did to her...

Abilities/Weapons/Fighting Style:
Abilities: Energy Create - Using his new program given to him by Kiki, he can now create energy platforms or create beams of energy.
Weapons: N/A, mainly fisticuffs or long-range attacks
Fighting Style: Safe but effective - He will usually try to disable or disarm his opponents as he is not a fan of killing, he will only do so if it's necessary, however he will fight and stop before he will cause any major damage

Personality:
At first when he was being made to act like a cold machine, he had no intention of being friends, having feelings or values. Now he believes in helping others or that there is always a way. He absolutely believes that no one should ever be left behind. He has an OCD problem with not knowing where he is. He is shy and a worry-wart and constantly mutters about a promise. Currently, he is worried about his state and will he be able to return home. Sometimes he believes that everything bad was caused by him and sometimes believes he should be dead, if he get in this mode, tell him that his stupid or remind him of that promise he made.
